We like to go completely scent-free from time to time, no scents lingering on in the clothes or the hair; nothing distracting. We encourage you to give it a try, then head into the woods. You’ll smell everything–the forest floor, the wind, the rain before it falls. Here are our scent free finds for a smell detox :)
1. We’ll begin with our hometown hero, Baseline Everyday Oil - skincare at the most perfect minimalism and ultimate simplicity; completely unscented with no essential oils or scent.
2. Molly’s Suds Laundry Powder. Simple and powerful cleaning with safer ingredients! Skip the smelly dryer sheets and hang dry if you have the time and space.
3. Be Gentle Be Kind’s Aloe + Oat Milk Cleansing Bar. We love a multitasker and have our eye on this cleansing bar formulated with hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and pH-friendly ingredients.
4. Seen Fragrance Free Shampoo and Conditioner. If you want less frizz and smoother hair, this combo boasts good-for-your-hair (and skin) ingredients that work for slightly-dry, normal, or oily hair (and scalp).
5. Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Baby Soap Dilute! Dilute! OK!! IYKYK. A classic. Multi-surface and all-purpose cleaner, good for just about any washing task, from washing up in the shower to mopping the floors.
6. AKT’s Deodorant Balm. Using a proprietary blend of natural plant and mineral powders, calendula and shea butter, this balm rests invisibly on the skin to absorb odors and natural perspiration. Loving that this blend (compared to the rest of the line that has lovely scent blends) is called ‘No Notes’ :)
