DAMAGE / DEFECTIVE
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away.
SHIPPING TIME
**UPDATE September 29th, 2024. Everyday Oil has been severely impacted by Hurricane Helene. We are based in western North Carolina, one of the regions that was hit the hardest. At this point we don't have power or water at our facility but we are brainstorming ways to get your orders to you quickly.
We want to keep you informed of what to expect:
Order Processing Delays: Due to ongoing power outages, order fulfillment may be delayed for several weeks. We are working on alternative solutions, such as using backup power or moving operations temporarily. We will notify you as soon as orders are processed.
Shipping Delays: Carriers in our area are experiencing service interruptions as well, which may further delay your delivery. We will update you as soon as we have more information about shipping timelines.
Customer Support: While our communication is limited, we are doing our best to respond to customer inquiries. Please allow for extra time in our response as internet and cell service are unstable.
USPS Ground Advantage (typically 2-5 business days, however delivery by a certain date is not available, in addition to 1-3 business day order processing)
UPS Ground (Guaranteed day-definite delivery, typically in two to six days, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, in addition to 1-3 business day order processing)
UPS 2nd Day Air (Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii, in addition to 1-3 business day order processing)
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Orders
We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders over $75, all domestic orders under $75 will see a flat rate option for economy shipping (USPS) and live shipping rates for UPS at checkout. UPS 2nd day is available for an additional fee.
International Orders
For international shipments, we offer live shipping pricing on our site depending on your destination. Your exact shipping quote will be reflected at checkout. Please note that customs and fees are usually reflected in the total cost, however the buyer is responsible for all customs fees for International orders.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
Domestic Orders
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have received a delivery e-mail but have not yet received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 3 business days and if you haven’t received your order, contact us at orders@everydayoil.com.
International Orders
If you have placed an international order and have not received your package, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are unclaimed at customs. If you have checked with your customs office and they don't have it, please email us at orders@everydayoil.com.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
