USPS distribution centers are experiencing significant delays, causing some packages to miss scans or show inconsistent tracking updates.
Please note service alerts for USPS and UPS, they are both prone to regional weather related disruptions.
While we are shipping within 2 business days as always, transit times are unpredictable. Packages may sit at facilities longer than expected, show extended “in transit” times without updates, or miss origin scans.
If you suspect there’s an issue with your parcel, we’ll do our best to assist! If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend checking for a nearby stockist and would be happy to help you find one.

USPS Standard (Typically 3-7 business days, however delivery by a certain date is not available, in addition to 1-2 business day order processing)
USPS Priority (Typically 2-5 business days, however delivery by a certain date is not available, in addition to 1-2 business day order processing)
UPS Ground (This is not an expedited service. Typically two to six days, in addition to 1-2 business day order processing)
UPS 2nd Day Air (This is an expedited service. Two business days, in addition to 1-2 business day order processing).
We offer complimentary shipping for domestic orders over $75, all domestic orders under $75 will see flat rate options for standard shipping (USPS) and priority shipping (USPS) and live shipping rates for UPS at checkout.
For international shipments, we offer live shipping pricing on our site depending on your destination. Your exact shipping quote will be reflected at checkout. Please note that customs and fees are usually reflected in the total cost, however the buyer is responsible for all customs fees for International orders.
Domestic Orders
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation e-mail. If you have received a delivery e-mail but have not yet received your order, it is possible your package was scanned but is still on the truck for delivery. Please wait 3 business days and if you haven’t received your order, contact us at orders@everydayoil.com.
International Orders
If you have placed an international order and have not received your package, your customs office is the first place to check. We are not responsible for replacing orders that are unclaimed at customs. If you have checked with your customs office and they don't have it, please email us at orders@everydayoil.com.
Anytime an order is shipped incorrectly due to an error on our part, we'll replace the order ASAP. If you supply the incorrect address at checkout and it is returned to us, we can re-ship the item for the standard shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to replace orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping addresses given at checkout.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Since we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away.
