Damage/defective
We are unable to accept returns on our products unless there is damage or you have received an incorrect item.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will correct the mistake right away and re-send you the appropriate product within 1-2 days at our expense.
If you would prefer a refund on the damaged item or on the item that you did not receive, please contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage, or the package that you received as it was sent to you, as well as your order number and we will process the return on the missing or damaged item and refund you within 1-2 business days.
