Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are unable to accept returns on our products unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number. We will make it right and send the correct product within 1–2 business days at no cost to you.

If you would prefer a refund, contact orders@everydayoil.com with a photo of the damage or the package as received, along with your order number. We will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

International Orders

If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law. Use the link below to submit a return or cancellation request.
